Figure rendering for HiFiWorkflow.

_PlottingMixin holds all matplotlib figure code extracted from the workflow god-class (CODE_REVIEW item 5/H2). These are pure renderers — they read self.* state and write PNG/.out files but contain no scan/fit logic, so the science core in hifi_workflow.py stays free of plotting concerns.

The Stage-5 plot_final_fit orchestrator stays on HiFiWorkflow (it drives Judge refits via module-level workers); it only calls _plot_final_fit_panels here via the combined MRO.
