Clustering primitives and persistence

The backend-agnostic pieces every clusterer shares: the PCA embedding, the
deployable classifiers, the per-element fit contract, and ``PickleIO`` — the
one implementation behind ``Judge.save`` / ``Judge.load`` and the
``judge_final.pkl`` a run writes.
